In order to provide our services more efficiently, it is usual for us to have direct access to relevant members of our client’s staff or our client’s other professional advisers.
We will communicate with you and with other persons involved in the matter by whatever means you consider appropriate. If you have any preferred means of communication, or if, for security reasons or otherwise, you wish that any particular means of communication should not be used by us in the course of any particular matter, we must be first notified of any such preference
